SHIPPING

We work hard to ensure our products are available in as many locations as possible and are constantly evaluating ways we can improve the experience for our customers. 

The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. For orders outside the EU, customers will be responsible for any additional customs expenses. 

All orders will be shipped within 5 working days after the payment. Transit times will be explained at checkout. 

We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

For modifying your order, please contact us within 12 hours of order placement. 

EXTRA LACES

We don't stock, sell or send extra laces, since we ship 2 pairs of laces with every pair of Earthbound sneakers.

SHIPPING OF PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-Order items are purchased BEFORE PRODUCTION and are not ready to ship. 

Thus, pre-order items have their own estimated shipping date which is located in the description of each item and at the checkout. 

If your cart contains pre-order products and available products your order will be shipped when pre-order products are restocked.
