Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
1. Regular orders
You may return or exchange your items within 30 days of fulfillment for a full refund or a different size, subject to availability. Your first return or exchange is free, and we will provide a prepaid return label or organise a pickup.
Any additional exchanges are at your own expense.
To get started, please use our Earthbound Returns & Exchanges Portal. This is the quickest way to arrange an international return or exchange.
Alternatively, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal using our Withdrawal Form (PDF). Using this form is optional.
Once your request has been processed, you will receive further instructions.
Please note that returned orders are treated as returns rather than exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you will need to place a new order.
2. Pre-orders
You may return pre-ordered shoes within 30 days of receiving them.
As each pair is produced specifically based on the pre-orders received, size exchanges cannot be guaranteed. However, if your desired size becomes available due to another customer's return or exchange, we may be able to arrange an exchange.
Alternatively, you may exchange your pre-order for another Earthbound product that is currently available.
3. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and undamaged
- In resalable condition, with no creases or signs of wear on the outsoles
- Returned in their original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Please note that exchanges can only be processed once we have received the original sneakers in good condition.
4. Refunds and shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For orders shipped outside the EU, if you refuse delivery and the shipment is returned to us, any customs charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.
We process refunds within 30 days of receiving the returned items. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 3 additional working days for the funds to appear in your account.
