How pre-order works?

01/ RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What if you don't like them? - You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your shoes, no questions asked (the shoes must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging).

What if the size is not right? - Get in touch with us and we'll work it out.

Your first return or exchange is free of charge.

02/ SHOE SIZE

If you have concerns about the right shoe-size, we have a very accurate size-guide to help you choose.

Even if the size is not right once you receive your shoes, you can contact us for an exchange to a different size.

 

03/ PAY LATER, RESERVE NOW

When you place an order you will not be charged immediately. Your payment will be captured only once the campaign has ended with a success.

 

04/ 1600 PAIRS GOAL

The campaign will be successful if it reaches a minimum of 1600 pairs. Only then we will confirm all the orders, charge your payment and start production.

If we don't reach the goal your order is canceled and you won't be charged anything.

 

05/ WHY PRE-ORDER? IS IT SAFE?

We have thousands of happy customers all over the world, and this is not the first time we are doing this.

We will produce only what is pre-ordered, and these sneakers will never be re-produced again.

We are doing this because:

  •  YOU will get the best possible price for a high-quality product

  • WE don't have to produce in advance and later offer insane discounts for articles which have not sold-out

  • NATURE benefits as less waste is produced

 

06/ WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PAIR

You will receive your pair in March or April 2027, just in time for the new Spring season.

 

07/ NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER?

You can change the model, size and quantity while the pre-orders are still open.

You can change the shipping address even after the pre-orders close. We will email you before we ship the package and you can change the address before we ship.

 

8/ WHAT ABOUT THE CORE COLLECTION?

The CORE collection is on pre-order too with a 30% discount, but it is not limited to pre-order. This means that in March 2027 you will be able to buy the CORE collection sneakers but it will be at a full price.
